Women in History: DNA Extraction Experiment

Saturday, March 17, 2018, 3 p.m.

Did you know: DNA structure was discovered by molecular biologist Rosalind Franklin.

Join us at the Woodridge Neighborhood Library on March 17 at 3 p.m. to celebrate Women's History Month with some science. This experiment will allow you to extract DNA from a strawberry and see it with your own eyes. This activity is recommended for kids aged 8-12.
