The Fab Lab at NoMa

The Fab Lab at NoMa

As we work towards an opening date for the Fab Test Lab at 14th & U St NW, the Fab Lab Pop-Up has gone on hiatus.

The Fab Lab Pop-Up at NoMa opened its doors in June  2018 , thanks to the generous support of NoMa BID, The Institute of Museum and Library Services, Uber and the DC Public Library Foundation. Space for the project was provided by Tishman Speyer

The 'pop-up' Fab Lab space was created out of two converted shipping containers, designed and built by BC Workshop and with exterior murals by Marc Pekala. The Pop-Up at NoMa offers maker activities, special events, and programs related to STEAM.

The space is open from 12 to 2 p.m. every Tuesday December 2018 through March 2019.
