Mail Merge in MS Word

In this two hour class, you will learn the Mail Merge feature in MS Word 2016, using the Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard in Word. Seats will be filled on a first-come, space-available basis.  

Seats are limited to 12 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive a half-hour early to sign in for a seat at one of the 12 workstations.

Required Skills: The ability to read and comprehend English well, and the skills acquired in PC Basics, Word I Basics and Word II Intermediate.

You will learn to:
  • Engage the Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard to mail merge letters, envelopes and labels.
  • Create address lists as data sources for the mail merge process.
  • Insert stylized graphics to appear on all mail-merged documents.
  • Save mail merged documents to your flash drive.
