Fab Test Lab: 3D Printing for Kids

Last date: Wednesday, July 17, 2019, 3:30 p.m. (see all dates)

3D Printing for Kids: In this class, kids and their adults can learn about 3D printing and how to do it at the Fab Test Lab. We’ll talk about materials, machines and design tips, so all you have to bring is yourself.
Don’t forget to be safe. All attendees must have completed a Safety Orientation and must have the proper certifications on file.
For every two children aged 6-12 there must be one parent or legal guardian with them at all times. Parents and legal guardians should expect to remain and participate in the activities as well.
Children ages 13 and above may attend programs alone but must have a signed permission slip from their parent or legal guardian.

Space is limited due to the hands-on nature of the class, so you must register at bit.ly/labsclasses to reserve your spot. If the class isn't showing up in the calendar at the link, registration is full or not yet available (the calendar opens 30 days in advance), but please check back for cancellations and future classes.

This class is a production of the Labs at DC Public Library. Click here for more information about the Labs and to sign up for updates about classes and services.
