In preparation for their multi-concert festival on Sunday, Sept. 15; members of the District Philharmonic's Wind Octet will rehearse works by Wolfgang Mozart, John Philip Sousa, and more.

What is a wide open rehearsal?
This is an opportunity to be a part of the musicians' preparation for their concerts on Sunday, Sept. 15.
The audience is invited to be a part of rehearsal: to ask questions, to move around the room, to hear and see the music come to life.

Who is the District Philharmonic?
The District Philharmonic is a collective of professional musicians based in Washington, DC who seek to demystify classical music through accessible and engaging programs for all audiences.

This event is part of the District Philharmonic Music Festival at the West End Neighborhood Library.
