Move to the Music!

Adults of all ages are welcome to Move to the Music!  Kathy Gracenin, DR, will incorporate elements of  Tai Chi, Yoga, 
Qi Gong and Dance to help the body and mind. Dancing a little each day improves strength, balance and alignment and improves the health of your brain. Dancing in your chair is also great!
