Gentle Yoga for Seniors

Gentle yoga is designed for older adults who prefer a slower-paced practice. Students will experience a gradual progression of yoga poses to strengthen and stretch the body and breathing practices to calm the mind. Please bring your own yoga mat. A towel is recommended as padding for knees.

No registration required. The class will admit the first 20 participants at each session.
