PowerPoint II Intermediate

In this two-hour class, you will expand your PowerPoint skills by engaging MS PowerPoint 2016 features that enhance the construction, the structure and the collaborative dynamics of a slide show presentation. 

Seats are limited to 12 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive a half-hour early to sign in for a seat at one of the 12 workstations.

Required Skills: The ability to read and comprehend English well, and the skills acquired in PC Basics, Word I Basics, Word II Intermediate and PowerPoint Basics.

You will learn to:
  • Create photo albums.
  • Insert tables and charts and manipulate both within the PowerPoint environment
  • Insert hyperlinks and action buttons for both internal and external navigation
  • Engage the slide master view to create new slide layouts and to customize existing layouts
  • Add comments and other features from the Review command tab
  • Create a custom show
  • Merge two presentations into one slide show
  • Rehearse and record the slideshow to run on its own
