Suppressed: The Fight to Vote Film Screening and Discussion

Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2020, 7 p.m.

2018 was a contentious year featuring a high stakes mid-term election with several marquee races making news globally. Filmmaker Robert Greenwald examines that year's voter suppression efforts through the eyes of the Georgia voters affected by changes in voter access policies.

Post film discussion will be led by Joe Davidson, who writes The Washington Post’s Federal Insider column on federal government issues. A National Association of Black Journalists co-founder and a D.C. Hall of Fame member, he has won many honors and awards for his journalism.
