Civic Engagement 101 Summer Session: Let's Talk About Race

From the Civil Rights Movement to the Black Lives Matter protests, the fight for racial equality continues. Join us on Wednesday, June 23, at 6 p.m. on the WebEx platform for Civic Engagement 101's second summer session: Let's Talk About Race. The session will be an interactive presentation and conversation on racial justice and healing, led by Zillah Wesley II. 

Wesley is a local Community Organizer and Activist who has worked with the Poor People's Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival and the United Church of Christ on issues around racial, economic and social justice.
