Description: DC Public Library is seeking the services of a Design-Build team to provide all required services for delivering a full-service (20,000 SF plus) new library in Congress Heights neighborhood to replace the existing Parklands-Turner library as part of a 2-Step selection process. This is Step 1 – Request for Qualifications.
