In-person Storytime!

The Parklands-Turner library was overjoyed this past Tuesday, March 22., to resume in-person programming, and to welcome our youngest customers back into our branch. The excitement to return to face-to-face programming was palpable, and we could not wait to let the good times keep rolling. To celebrate, the resident children's librarian, Ms. Yvonne Harris, hosted a Storytime with our local early childhood friends! There were countless opportunities to interact with our young patrons, from sing-alongs, to call and responses, and even wiggle breaks in between the book readings. Customer engagement was at an all-time high, and you could hear giggles and songs echoing throughout the branch!  Afterward, patrons were invited to take home their own goody bags filled with trinkets and other library swag. 

Ms. Harris read a series of three books, Charlie Chick finds an Egg, Where's Spot, and Lunch.
