Predevelopment and Concept Design Services for the Chevy Chase Library & Community Center Redevelopment Project - Contract No. DCPL-2026-C-0033

The District of Columbia Public Library (DCPL) and the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) are advancing the redevelopment of the Chevy Chase Library & Community Center site located at 5625 Connecticut Avenue NW.  The project will deliver a new full-service neighborhood library, a new DPR recreation center, and associated mixed use residential and retail development as part of a coordinated public-private partnership redevelopment effort.
