Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Design and Installation of New HVAC and Building Automation System at Three DC Public Libraries – Solicitation No. DCPL-2025-R-0024

The DC Public Library is seeking for qualified contractor/s to provide Design-Build services that include all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, warranty, construction and other related services for the design and installation of a new HVAC and Building Automation System (BAS) at three (3) DCPL libraries. The mandatory pre-proposal conferences and site visits scheduled below will be the only opportunity for offerors to see the existing conditions before the proposal submission due date.  Please visit the DCPL website a day before to check out any changes in the schedule.
