DCPL is seeking the services of a Design Team to provide all aspects of design services needed to deliver a library per A.5 & A.6. These services include but are not limited to due diligence, building program formulation and validation, community engagement, coordination with entities having jurisdiction (i.e. WMATA), and coordination with the Build Team to deliver a full-service (18,000 - 20,000 SF) new library in the Deanwood neighborhood to replace the existing 7,300 SF Deanwood library located at 1350 49th Street, NE.
