Come join us as we kickoff DCPL's 2017 Summer Reading Program - Theme: "Build a Better World" - with a special Family Fun Storytime at 10:30 a.m. in the Children's Room, followed by a craft and some LEGO playtime on the carpet! A story time experience for our youngest library users and their caregivers. This 20-30 minute story time introduces books, songs, rhymes, tickles and bounces developmentally appropriate for children ages birth to when they start walking.This story time is designed so the baby will be in their caregiver’s lap and the grownup is actively involved in the program.

Bilingual Storytime in Mandarin and English

Come celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month with a bilingual story time in English and Mandarin Chinese. We will sing songs, hear stories and enjoy rhymes in both languages. No foreign language experience is required. This program is recommended for all ages.
