Put on your pajamas, bring a stuffed animal, and join us for a family story time. Every Tuesday evening we will wind down the day with stories, songs, and rhymes. This program is for all ages.

Pajama Story Time

An evening story time where pajamas are encouraged but not required. These 30-40 minute evening programs are designed to delight children of all ages. Filled with stories and activities that promote and develop language skills and imagination, these programs encourage children to develop a lifelong love of reading and learning.

P.A.L. Story Hour

Join dogs from People Animals Love (P.A.L.) for a special story hour on the second Saturday of each month featuring an opportunity for children to meet and read with dogs. P.A.L. story hours provide a great way for your budding reader to get some reading practice in with an attentive and patient audience.

Come join us as we kickoff DCPL's 2017 Summer Reading Program - Theme: "Build a Better World" - with a special Family Fun Storytime at 10:30 a.m. in the Children's Room, followed by a craft and some LEGO playtime on the carpet!
