Homework Help for Kids - Science & Math

ABCmouse is a fun and educational website geared towards children 2 to 8+. The site features books, interactive educational games, puzzles, videos, songs, and artwork that teaches reading and language arts, math, science, social studies, art, and music. Spanish language activities are also available in the “Things to Do” section. 

When ABCmouse is accessed from home, it can be shared by up to three children in a household, each with their own avatar, profile, and progress-tracking on the ABCmouse Step-by-Step Learning Path. 

To get started click the "Visit" button to the right and enter your library card number. The first time you visit you will be prompted to create an account using an email address and password. Follow the steps to add children and complete the optional assessment. 
 

HelpNow is a resource designed for K-12 students and beyond. Live tutoring is available in English and Spanish from 1 p.m. - 10 p.m. EST to provide homework help for core subjects, including mathematics, science, and English language arts. Practice long division, improve reading comprehension, and learn other key skills. Students may submit papers to HelpNow’s Writing Lab for expert assistance and feedback, or collaborate with peers in virtual study spaces.

Live tutoring for grades K-12 is available in English and Spanish from 1 p.m. - 10 p.m. EST.
