Heralding nature's fall splashes of color, library patrons recently were treated to a double rainbow arcing above R Street from a position outside our library's front door. This leads us to question the science behind the optics and find to our delight that DC Public Library's Access Video Collection delivers a weather video clip on the topic. Watch this video to learn about rainbow technology:
