These workshops are free to adults seeking help to manage health conditions such as cancer, depression or anxiety, diabetes, heart disease, obesity and more. The workshops will offer techniques to deal with frustration, fatigue, pain, isolation, poor sleep and living with uncertainty. Living Well Workshops will take place at 10am every Saturday  from Sept. 7 through Oct. 19.
