It’s also time for some spring cleaning and clearing out the clutter of your house, your mind, and your life. Here are some books that will help put a spring in your step and push you back towards those resolutions you made in January that might be a distant memory now.

Quiet

You're talking too loud, I can't hear myself think!

Quiet Please....

We've all heard them before - the person who tries to dominate every conversation.  These conversations could be in our home life or our professional life.  It could seem that in a world of constant clamor, and loudness, that these varied characteristics may possibly be a major contributor to what some would call the "drowning out of the introvert", which we'd probably notice if we could only stay quiet enough to hear it.

Self-Help

Birthdays and the new year: as these two days approach, we tend to do a self-evaluation. You may sit and reflect about the changes you want, you need or should make in your life both professionally and personally. However, once you have completed your list, you can likely get stuck on the method of making the changes. All of these books were recommended to me by various people to read. I started out reading these books for pleasure. Over time, however, these books have assisted me in overcoming some issues I was suffering from during different periods of my life.
