Join us for a relaxing and gentle yoga class for all levels of fitness and experience with yoga. Classes are limited to the first thirty (30) participants. Doors open at 10:15 a.m. and close promptly at 10:30 a.m. Please bring your own yoga mat (other props such as straps and blocks are optional).
About the Instructors: Robin Glantz, Alexis Chen, and Alex-Marie McGuire, certified yoga teachers, bring free weekly yoga to our library.
