Join us for a relaxing and gentle yoga class for all levels of fitness and experience with yoga. Classes are limited to the first thirty (30) participants. Doors open at 10:15 a.m. and close promptly at 10:30 a.m.  Please bring your own yoga mat (other props such as straps and blocks are optional).  About the Instructors: Robin Glantz, Alexis Chen, and Alex-Marie McGuire, certified yoga teachers, bring free weekly yoga to our library.

Adults of all ages are welcome to Move to the Music!  Kathy Gracenin, DR, will incorporate elements of  Tai Chi, Yoga,  Qi Gong and Dance to help the body and mind. Dancing a little each day improves strength, balance and alignment and improves the health of your brain. Dancing in your chair is also great!
