Kids Euro Fest: Swedish play "Max"

Join us Monday, Nov. 5, at 2 p.m. for a big performance for the little ones based on Swedish author Barbro Lindgren’s books. The picture books about Max take a look at everyday problems and triumphs typically experienced by toddlers, written in a language reminiscent of children’s first sentences.Best for ages 2-5.

On the Move

Travel Training by Metro in Partnership with MTM

On the Move Travel Training is a free(!) service that will teach you how to use Metro buses and trains to get you where you need to go.The trainer will work with you over time to plan and learn a route focusing on the specific travel skills that you will need to get to get to a place safely and independently.

The Woodridge Neighborhood Library is hosting a “Back to School Night” on Monday, Sept. 24 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The goal is to inform students and their parents of all the opportunities, free resources and materials that are available to them just by owning a DC Library Card.
