Meeting and study rooms are available for free to customers with a valid library card. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance by using our online reservation system or by calling the location where you want to reserve a room. Study room reservations can be made same-day.
Our reservation system allows you to see room capacities, images of the rooms, and availability by date and time.
Meeting room reservations are reviewed and approved or denied by library staff within 48 hours of reservation. There are restrictions on how rooms can be used, so be sure to read our Meeting Room User Guide for more detailed information.
Meeting and study rooms are available at all locations except for
- Deanwood Library.
- Northwest One Library.
- Rosedale Library.
- Parklands-Turner Library.
There are no study rooms at
- Chevy Chase Library.
- Takoma Park Library
