The DC Public Library is seeking a contractor to perform all work associated with rerouting the condenser water supply piping per detailed drawings to ensure the full operation of the three cooling towers. The mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit per schedule below will be the only opportunity for offerors to review existing conditions before the proposal submission due date.
