National Night Out 2012 Kickoff

The 2012 National Night Out will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 7 from 5 p.m-9 p.m. at the Anacostia Neighborhood Library.  It is an evening for law enforcement agencies and communities share an evening with to celebrate, commemorate and develop partnerships.

Chess Tournament: It's Your Move

Come register and participate in the upcoming Chess Tournament at the Anacostia Neighborhood Library. On Thursday, Aug. 9 at 6 p.m., engage your chess moves with other players. The tournament is open to youth ages 10 to 16, with trophies and medals awarded to winners.
